Our monthly Hamilton meetups are an amazing experience. We gather to share how the Lord has guided our businesses over the past month, enjoy lunch together, and then collaborate—offering hands-on help, advice, and prayer. It’s truly rewarding.
Hi, I'm Tania. I understand how overwhelming it can be to manage every aspect of your business—I’m self-employed too, navigating those same challenges while seeking the Lord's guidance.
In 2010, I took a leap of faith and launched my business, Drawer Full of Giants, after God called me to work for myself.
Partnering with Christ led me to adopt a social enterprise model, where I offered my creative services to both paying clients and His nonprofits worldwide. He guided me to use my time and expertise in collaboration, supporting His people in ministry, small businesses, and solopreneurs with their marketing and design needs.
What started as a one-year experiment became a 10-year journey. Half of each year, I donated my creative services while working on exciting projects with amazing teams. Along the way, I gained invaluable experience in creative mentorship, audience engagement, relationship building, and offering encouragement through speaking and writing.
Throughout the years, the Lord would give me snippets of information that He'd tell me to tuck away for later and finally, last year, He invited me into the next chapter - to encourage His people people in business in New Zealand. Faith&Biz was born.
