Unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing, intellectual property created by Drawer Full of Giants for its own business remains the property of Drawer Full of Giants Ltd.

Our Creative Partnership Method
The Creative Partnership Method is our developing approach to working alongside business owners in focused periods of time.
Rather than simply providing advice, we work beside our clients to explore ideas, ask questions, solve challenges, make decisions and turn ideas into practical action.
This methodology, together with the frameworks, processes, resources and know-how we develop around it, forms part of the intellectual property and business know-how of Drawer Full of Giants Ltd.
We may continue to develop this methodology through our Creative Business Partnerships, Intensives, workshops, resources and future business development programmes.
Client Work
When Drawer Full of Giants creates work specifically for a client, ownership and permitted use of the final deliverables will be determined by the relevant proposal, quotation, agreement or other written arrangement.
For example, this may include a logo, visual identity, illustration, website, publication or other creative work created specifically for a client.
Unless otherwise agreed:

the client receives the agreed final deliverables once the work has been paid for in full;

working files, development files, unused concepts and rejected concepts are not automatically included;

pre-existing Drawer Full of Giants intellectual property remains ours;
-
original illustrations, resources, methods, templates or other intellectual property that we have developed independently remain ours unless specifically assigned or licensed to the client.
Where our own existing creative work is incorporated into a client project, we will make the ownership or permitted use clear in the relevant agreement.

All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the content of this website, including text, images, graphics, illustrations, original resources, design elements and the overall look and feel of the site, are owned by Drawer Full of Giants Ltd unless otherwise stated.
You may view the website and use its content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
