You’ll have 6 minutes and 40 seconds: 20 slides, 20 seconds each.
There’s room for six brave founders to take the mic. It’s designed to encourage, equip, and stir fresh vision—real stories, real faith, real business journeys.

PechaKucha (peh-chah KOO-chah) is a fast-paced, storytelling format designed to keep things short, sharp, and impactful. It’s perfect for sharing your God-in-business journey in a creative and powerful way.
The Format:

Your Mission:
Share the story of your faith and business journey in a way that encourages, equips, or inspires others. Keep it real, relatable, and God-honouring.
Tips to Prepare:
☑️ Tell a story.
Think beginning, middle, end. Where did it start? What did God do? Where are you now?
☑️ Use strong visuals.
Each slide should be an image or word that supports what you're saying—no walls of text. Let the picture speak and you expand on it.
☑️ Time yourself.
Practice speaking along with the slides advancing every 20 seconds. Keep your pace steady!
☑️ Stay on message.
Remember: the goal isn’t to only promote, it’s to encourage. Share what God has done, not just what your business does.
☑️ Relax and have fun.
This format is about energy, authenticity, and impact—not perfection.
A Note About Recording
Each PechaKucha presentation will be recorded and uploaded to YouTube as a way of stewarding the stories God is telling through your business.
This was something we felt prompted by the Lord to do—so that what He’s doing in private can encourage others in public. These stories aren’t just for the room—they’re seeds of faith for those watching later.
If you’re presenting, please know your video will be shared online as part of this broader Kingdom encouragement.

Spirit-led discussion questions to stir connection, encouragement, and generosity. A time to give and receive advice, ask questions, and share freely with one another in faith and business.
9:15 PM – 9:30 PM — Wrap-Up + Prayer
We’ll end the evening with gratitude and prayer
—leaving filled in body, soul, and spirit.
