You’ll have 6 minutes and 40 seconds: 20 slides, 20 seconds each.
There’s room for six brave founders to take the mic. It’s designed to encourage, equip, and stir fresh vision—real stories, real faith, real business journeys.

The Founders Table is for Christian solo, self-employed
entrepreneurs and small biz owners who are:

PechaKucha (peh-chah KOO-chah) is a fast-paced, storytelling format designed to keep things short, sharp, and impactful. It’s perfect for sharing your God-in-business journey in a creative and powerful way.
The Format:

Your Mission:
Share the story of your faith and business journey in a way that encourages, equips, or inspires others. Keep it real, relatable, and God-honouring.
Tips to Prepare:
☑️ Tell a story.
Think beginning, middle, end. Where did it start? What did God do? Where are you now?
☑️ Use strong visuals.
Each slide should be an image or word that supports what you're saying—no walls of text. Let the picture speak and you expand on it.
☑️ Time yourself.
Practice speaking along with the slides advancing every 20 seconds. Keep your pace steady!
☑️ Stay on message.
Remember: the goal isn’t to only promote, it’s to encourage. Share what God has done, not just what your business does.
☑️ Relax and have fun.
This format is about energy, authenticity, and impact—not perfection.
A Note About Recording
Each PechaKucha presentation will be recorded and uploaded to YouTube as a way of stewarding the stories God is telling through your business.
This was something we felt prompted by the Lord to do—so that what He’s doing in private can encourage others in public. These stories aren’t just for the room—they’re seeds of faith for those watching later.
If you’re presenting, please know your video will be shared online as part of this broader Kingdom encouragement.

All tickets include a buffet dinner (chicken, beef, vegetarian burgers, tacos with fries), dessert, and full access to the evening’s program—feel free to BYO non-alcoholic drinks, as this is a non-licensed venue.

Prayer for the evening ahead and instructions

8:45 PM — Table Conversations
Spirit-led discussion questions to stir connection, encouragement, and generosity. A time to give and receive advice, ask questions, and share freely with one another in faith and business.
9:15 PM – 9:30 PM — Wrap-Up + Prayer
We’ll end the evening with gratitude and prayer
—leaving filled in body, soul, and spirit.
What is The Refund Policy?
Registration fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person.
If you can no longer attend, you're welcome to gift or transfer your ticket to someone else. Just let us know their name and details before the event.

Yes! There is paid parking along the street, and the church parking lot across the road we can utilise.
Is food provided?
Yes! We’ll be serving a scrumptious lunch to keep your energy up throughout the day. You’ll be able to share your dietary requirements when you register.
Plus, during registration, you can let us know if you’d like to join a relaxed networking dinner after the conference. We hope to see you there!

Yes! There will be opportunities to introduce yourself during table conversations and informal networking. This is a collaborative space. Or you could raise your hand to be one of the 6 business owners speaking on the night.

This gathering is for: Christian entrepreneurs, freelancers, small business owners, side-hustlers, and solo-founders who want to build relationships that are both practical and Kingdom-aligned.
Will there be a speaker or formal presentation?
No keynote speaker—just intentional conversation starters, Spirit-led table discussions, 6 business owners who'll share their story in 6 min each! and guided connection points throughout the evening.
Will there be Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi will be available for all attendees.
Can I Bring
A Friend?
Absolutely! We encourage it. We even have a special “Bring a Friend” ticket—grab two tickets for a discounted price and experience the event together!
What should I bring?
Just bring yourself, a heart open to connection, and a non-alcoholic drink if you’d like. You might also want to bring a few business cards to share—and a notebook and pen to jot down notes, inspiration, or prophetic words for yourself or others.
Are children allowed?
This event is designed for adult business owners and entrepreneurs, so we kindly ask that children do not attend.

Be Recorded?
We plan on recording the 6 speakers and upload their 6 minutes to Youtube. We also will have a photographer onsite throughout the evening to capture event moments.
